The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner is passionate about employment opportunities for people leaving prison, or those with criminal records, to reduce reoffending which is a priority area within our Police and Crime Plan.
Rewire is a business-facing resource that provides practical advice and guidance on employment, whilst highlighting the Education Training and Employment (ETE) provision and support that is available across our local prisons, providing a summary of offender management teams whilst breaking down stigmas around employing people with criminal records and highlighting the work of the VCS sector.
