Coronavirus and Employment

We’ve already heard that many people with diabetes have issues or concerns about working outside the home at the moment.

Now that new guidance has been issued by the UK Government for employers on operating safely as lock down eases, we want to hear from you if you have diabetes, or are a parent or carer of someone with diabetes, and are currently employed, about any concerns you still have and your experiences since new guidance was issued. We recognise that different approaches and timescales are being adopted in each of the nations. Information about working with diabetes and the new Government guidance is here and information about diabetes and coronavirus is here.

Anything you tell us will be confidential. We will not publish or share any information that might identify you. We may use anonymised quotes of what you tell us when we report our findings from this research.

The information you provide will be stored securely by Diabetes UK and Smart Survey, the survey platform we use. We will delete all the responses from Smart Survey within 2 months of the project’s completion date.
