Healthwatch Norfolk is the independent voice for patients, service users and carers in the county. We gather your views of health and social care services to ensure they are heard by the people in charge.
Who is Knowing Works?
Knowing Works is the new name for Healthwatch Suffolk. It acts as an independent voice for patients, service users and carers in Suffolk. It ensures that people's views and experiences are included in the shape and design of care and support services in the county.
What is this survey about?
This survey forms part of an independent evaluation of East Coast Community Healthcare’s (ECCH) patient feedback systems. It aims to explore people’s views and experience of ECCH’s feedback processes and how effective these are.
Feedback means sharing your views about a service you have received. It can take the form of a compliment, a suggestion for change, or a specific concern about your treatment. ECCH has a number of ways that patients, carers and relatives can provide feedback. It then uses this information to improve services for everyone. Feedback is not necessarily a complaint, although if you are very unhappy with your treatment, ECCH does have a formal complaints procedure to deal with this.
We are looking for patients, carers and relatives who are willing to talk to us about ECCH’s feedback processes.

The survey will take 8-12 minutes to complete. Some questions are optional.

How the survey results will be used

All responses will be anonymous. The survey findings will be used as part of an independent evaluation for East Coast Community Healthcare. The report will be publicly available on our website's and may be used in other Healthwatch Norfolk and Knowing Works communications.
