Contribute a case study to The National Archives' fundraising webinars

1. About

The National Archives is hosting a series of webinars in the first half of 2026 focused on practical approaches to generate income for archives. We are inviting archives to share their experiences as case study speakers on the following topics:

  • Merchandising
  • Leasing space and storage
  • Publishing and licensing
  • Charities, trusts and friends groups
  • Other creative income-generating initiatives

If your archive has successfully implemented any of these strategies, or developed other interesting ways to generate income, we’d love to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase the brilliant work you have done in generating funding opportunities for your organisation. There is no project too small in scale - this is an opportunity to inspire other archives.

We are asking for you to contribute a live presentation online (approx. 15 minutes) and answer questions from the audience.

To express your interest in taking part, please complete the short form and we will get in touch with you via email soon. The dates of the webinars are currently flexible and we can discuss your availability.

Your data will be stored in accordance with The National Archives' privacy policy.
