Fleet Street Quarter BID has commissioned Mott MacDonald to carry out a survey of local businesses to find out your attitude towards deliveries in and out of your company. 

Half of the traffic in Fleet Street Quarter starts or ends its journey in the area, and is made up substantially of delivery vehicles. FSQ wants to reduce this traffic to improve air quality, reduce carbon emissions and allow more space for pedestrians, greening and seating. 

Changing how you manage deliveries to and from your business will reduce local traffic, potentially save you money and help meet your net zero/sustainability goals. 

Please fill out this survey so that we understand your needs and how we can best achieve our mutual ambitions. 

At the end of this survey is a link to download an excel template to record servicing and delivery activity associated with your organisation which would complement your responses on this survey.
