We are Healthwatch Hammersmith & Fulham, your independent, impartial local health and social care champion. We listen to your experiences with healthcare services and use your feedback to improve the local health offer with the NHS, council and other relevant service providers.
In this survey, we are focusing on mental health services that support people experiencing suicidal thoughts or those who have attempted suicide. We understand that this is a deeply personal and sensitive topic, and we want to assure you that your responses will remain completely confidential.
If you have ever thought about or attempted suicide, and are under 25 years, live or work in the Hammersmith and Fulham borough, or have used any mental health services offering help with suicidal ideation in this area in the last 5 years, we would like you to be a part of this survey.
Your experiences and insights are invaluable in helping us identify gaps in the current mental health support system. Our goal is to use the information you share to improve the services available to those in need and ensure that the right support is provided at the right time.
