The Commercial Procurement Delivery Team in Welsh Government are in the process of planning for the renewal of the Employee Benefits framework agreement. The purpose of this survey is to gather customers' feedback on the existing Employee Benefits framework to see how the framework has worked for customers, and to look at any changes and/or additional services that we need to consider for the next iteration of the framework.

The survey should take you no longer than 5 minutes to complete and we would really appreciate your help in developing the next framework.
