Thank you for taking the time to share your views and experiences with the Fairfield Independent Review.

This form allows Londoners (aged 18+) to anonymously submit your experiences, observations or views about policing in London in your own words and at your own pace. This form can also be completed by an individual on behalf of an organisation.

About written submissions:

• Your submission, if submitting as an individual, is anonymous — we do not collect your name, email address or any other information that could directly identify you
• If you are submitting a written response on behalf of an organisation, you can share which organisation you belong to/work for within your written submission, but this is entirely optional
• You can share your experiences, views and observations about the Metropolitan Police Service in your own words
• All submissions will be read and analysed by the Review Team
• Your submission will help inform our assessment of the Metropolitan Police Service’s progress against the Casey Review recommendations
