Thank you for agreeing to take part in the 2025/26 Prisons and Probation Ombudsman (PPO) stakeholder feedback survey. Your contribution will help us to improve the way we work with you in future.
The survey will take about ten minutes to complete. Please be open and honest in giving your opinions - your views are important to us and your responses will remain completely confidential and anonymous. The data collected will be stored securely in a place only accessible to the PPO's Research team.
Please base your answers on your dealings with the PPO during the last 12 months only in order to help us understand whether or not we are improving. There is space for you to comment on any aspect of our work - even if there is not a question specifically addressing that issue.
