When making an application for Individual Inclusion funding, you
must obtain permission from the parent to share details with Devon County Council.
Please share the completed application after you submit and discuss with the family the support that is being put in place each term when completing the Review.
This application form is to be completed by the provider for new funding requests only in good time and at the latest as follows:
- October 31 for funding to commence spring funding period (from 1 January).
- February 28 for funding to commence summer funding period (from 1 April).
- May 31 for funding to commence autumn funding period (from 1 September).
It is expected that an allocation of funding enables the enhancement of provision over and above that which is expected within the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Guidance, the SEND Code of Practice and what is provided through reasonable financial adjustments as required through the Equalities Act.
