This survey is about how you as cancer patients would prefer to communicate with your cancer care clinical team (in particular actually attending appointments, medical reviews, or consultations with your healthcare team).
Patients and staff have had to adapt during the restrictions caused by Covid-19 and the usual face to face clinics have had to change. We have already made more use of the telephone, and at patients' request, email.
Can we continue to adapt our approach and use a range of communication methods going forward alongside face to face clinics?
The survey is available online. You can also request it on paper and to asked the questions by telephone (an appointment will be made at your convenience). It should take about 15 minutes to complete.
