*Terms and conditions apply: Details of the free tea or coffee offer will be sent to the email address provided when completing the feedback survey, the receipt of which can take at least five working days. To redeem your offer, please present your email as proof to our Luke's Sunflower Cafe team when paying at the till, showing the image on your phone screen.
Offer - One FREE tea or coffee offer with a minimum Luke’s Sunflower Café food bill of £5.50. Only one tea or coffee per £5.50 food spend. The offer must be used by the expiry date shown on your offer email. A maximum of one free tea or coffee is available per feedback survey offer email. Free Tea and Coffee excludes speciality hot drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos and syrups. Offer is available for the email recipient only and must not be forwarded or presented by anyone else. Offer is redeemable at St. Luke’s Sunflower Café, St. Luke’s Hospice Thurrock only. Offer cannot be exchanged for monetary value of a tea of coffee.
