Mental Health start-up organisation

As part of the development of a new mental health organisation, we wanted to get a snapshot of views and opinions from the public associated with mental health related bracelets that will be designed to support people with various mental health related issues. There are two short questionnaires related to the design and purpose of wearing mental health bracelet, which will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your responses are anonymous and will be reported collectively to assist the development of the organisation. By completing the survey, you are giving consent for the organisation to utilise your responses to develop the organisation.
