Transcripts are only provided for medical practitioner tribunal hearings - where a tribunal decides if a doctor’s fitness to practise is impaired and what action, if any, is needed.
We will only be able to fulfil your request if the hearing has concluded. If you are unsure whether the hearing has ended, please check the decisions page of the MPTS website.
Please note that matters considered in private session or are otherwise of a confidential, personal or sensitive nature will be excluded from the transcript unless they relate to you.
