PALS experiences - Healthwatch Derby 2022

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) offers confidential advice, support and information on health-related matters.
They provide a point of contact for patients, their families and their carers. You can find PALS officers in your local hospital. 

We are running a survey to find out experiences of using the PALS service locally within Derby City in order to find out what works well and what could be improved, to enable better access to any local patient wishing to access this service.
