Have your say about local health services!
This five to ten minute survey, containing 17 questions and a further 8 questions 'About you', is run by Healthwatch Brighton and Hove.
The purpose is to hear your views and experiences about health services (including GPs) and what types of health support you may be interested in. This survey will also include looking at ways we can help people to use health services when they need to.
Healthwatch Brighton and Hove helps to improve health and social care services across the area by listening to people, and using this to influence people who design services. We are completely independent of the NHS and the Council.
This survey is open to everyone, including trans men and women, non-binary, and intersex people. We aim to make this survey inclusive and respectful of diverse identities.
At the end of the questionnaire, there is an opportunity to enter a prize draw to win one of two £25 High-Street vouchers - you can sign up to this in the last question.
We would also like to hear more about your views once you have completed the survey - this is completely voluntary and would be a phone or online conversation - more details about this towards the end of the survey.
