About Healthwatch Redbridge
Healthwatch Redbridge are the independent champion for people who use health and social care services. We are here to listen to people’s experiences of using local NHS services and work with the people who run the services to try to improve them for local people. We also provide information and signposting around the NHS and social care. We are a charity and independent to the NHS.
About the survey
We want to understand local people's experiences of care of the elderly wards.
Care of the elderly wards include frailty and geriatric wards.
We also want to understand the experiences of patients after they have been discharged from the hospital, including experience of social care support.
You can complete this survey based on your own, or a loved one's experiences.
The survey will take around 15 minutes to complete.
What will you do with what I tell you?
We will use the information shared with us to make recommendations to the people in charge of services. Your experience will help the people who run the services to understand the impact on patients' health and wellbeing and improve support to those who need it most.
The survey is anonymous, and we won't share any personal information.
