As part of its ongoing efforts to communicate the economic, social, cultural and environmental benefits of historic houses and gardens across the UK, Historic Houses has commissioned Saffery Champness LLP and Nordicity to conduct the following survey of Historic Houses' members.
The data collected through this survey will be used by the consultants to prepare a comprehensive study of members' economic, social, cultural and environmental impact in 2022. This study will be released in early 2023 and will become a vital evidence base for Historic Houses' public affairs work.
Note that several questions ask you to estimate what your house/garden's total number of visitors will likely be for the entire 2022 calendar year, based on visitor numbers to date.
It is crucial to the success of this work that we have as much information as possible, so please take the time to complete the survey and help us accurately measure the impact of our member houses and gardens. The survey information is completely confidential and will appear in aggregate form only in the final report. The financial, visitor and other operational data that you submit as part of this survey will only be held by Saffery Champness and Nordicity in accordance with the data privacy statement (see next page).
Please kindly submit your completed survey response before 31st October 2022.
If you have any questions about the online survey, please contact Stephen Bristow at Saffery Champness (stephen.bristow@saffery.com; 0207 841 4270).
Thank you for your participation!
