About Healthwatch Hertfordshire

We are an independent charity committed to understanding your experiences of, and concerns with, local health and social care services in Hertfordshire. We make sure leaders and key decision-makers hear your voice and use your feedback to improve care.

Healthwatch Hertfordshire is working with the NHS to understand how genomic data (information about our genes) should be used in research.

We are running two ONLINE focus groups in late February to hear your views:

  • one for people who have experience of cancer as a patient or carer (Monday 23rd February at 1pm)
  • one for anyone who has a general interest in the use of genomic data in research (Tuesday 24th February at 11am)

This form asks for your contact details so we can get in touch and arrange your attendance at the focus group, and send you your £30 voucher as a 'thank you' for participating. Any information you provide is anonymous and strictly confidential. For more information on how we use and share information from the public, please see our privacy statement here.
