Tier 1 Residents Group Annual Grant Application Form

This form will need to be signed off by two representatives from your group; therefore please ensure you have two representatives present at the time of completion.

You will need to provide the following supporting documents (if you haven't already recently provided these):
  • A copy of your most recent accounts
  • A copy of the statement from your independent accounts checker to confirm they have checked your accounts (template available on request
  • A copy of your most recent AGM minutes
These documents can either be uploaded at the end of this form or emailed/posted.
