"The Inner Circle Guide to South African Contact Centres"
South Africa-based contact centres with over 10 agent positions are invited to participate in ContactBabel's new research programme, which looks at performance, technology, HR and strategy for over 100 South African contact centres, both BPO and captive/inhouse.
The report will be the primary source of contact centre benchmarking and performance available to South African contact centres, and will be invaluable to those running a contact centre and those making strategic decisions about CX.
The survey takes around 30 minutes to complete, and you can save and return to it at any time. In future years, you will be able to amend your response, which reduces the time needed to around 10 minutes.
All responses and participants will remain entirely confidential at all times.
You will be sent the final report, pre-launch, in November.
The deadline for participation is the end of Friday 17th October 2025.
