Your personal information is not only important to you but also to us. We are the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner and we would like to understand more about current awareness and your views as to the importance you may or may not place on your personal information.

Completion Instructions
There are only two questions on the first page that are obligatory to complete so that we can classify the overall results. There are no personal questions from which you can be identified.
Your questionnaire will only be saved once you have clicked on the “Finish Survey” button on the final page. Please submit the completed questionnaire 10 May 2022. The questionnaire should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.
