IOP Ireland Earnshaw Award - Nomination Form 2021

Best Final Year Undergraduate Physics Project 2021

The Institute of Physics Ireland awards the Earnshaw medal to the undergraduate student who presents the best final year project. Each degree awarding institution puts forward one nomination for the best project which will then go through an adjudication process with each institution marking three projects from other colleges to an agreed set of criteria. The top three entries are then marked by an academic (from a college not involved) to select the winner.

Please  submit your nomination on or before Friday 25 June 2021 by providing the following:
  • Nominator details
  • Nominee details
  • Project details
  • Student project report (please remove any identifying details where possible, such as student name, institution, logos etc.)
