BlueLight Commercial is commencing Preliminary Market Engagement on behalf of the NPCC OOCR Project. The objective is to gain a better understanding of the supplier market, available products and services, and approaches currently being used to support Out of Court Resolution processes. The findings will help inform future programme requirements, market understanding and potential delivery options.
