Introduction

Please help us improve the Judiciary of Scotland, and Scottish Courts and Tribunals, websites.

We are currently running a project to improve the Judiciary of Scotland website, and a key part of that is getting your feedback to help us understand the improvements we should be making.

This survey is aimed at capturing some feedback, and also inviting you to take part in future research opportunities to help shape the change that is needed, both in this project and other Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) projects in the near future.

In this survey we will ask:

  • Some short questions about you. These are generic and help us understand the different groups currently using the website.
  • Some questions about your experience using the website and some optional questions about the content it provides.
  • If you would like to take part in future research.

This short survey should only take a few minutes to complete.

We do not capture any personal data in this survey, unless you wish to take part in future research opportunities, then we ask you for basic contact details so we can contact you about upcoming research.

If you agree to do so:

  • We will keep your data secure and only use it to contact you about research opportunities.
  • There is no obligation to take part in any research you are notified of, and you can withdraw at any time.

Further information is provided later in the survey.

This survey will close on Wednesday 2nd September at 5pm.
