Attitudes and accessibility of the NHS app

Why are we doing this research? Our aim is to understand attitudes and accessibility of the NHS app. 

The NHS App is designed to give people a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on their smartphone or tablet or device. The same service is also available in a web browser on the NHS website.

Your responses will help us identify the main issues and develop recommendations that will be presented to health and social care services. Our aim is to make recommendations about the way information is provided and accessed by ALL. We will publish this information in a report that will be available on our website.

Confidentiality: Your responses will be kept strictly confidential. All data collected will be anonymised and used solely for the purpose of this research.
