Healthwatch Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, and Brent collect feedback from residents about local publicly funded health and social care services. Based on the feedback received, we develop reports and recommendations on how these services may be improved; these recommendations are shared with the Councils, the NHS Trust, and other providers.
