I confirm to pay the full amount of fee as required by The Talking Doctor Ltd. before my first session. I also understand that no session will be commenced without full payment. I will receive an invoice to submit for reimbursement from my department, should I require.  *

*I confirm that I am registered with the Medical Council of my country and will continue to abide by the Good Medical practice guidelines.
*I understand that The Talking Doctor Ltd is an independent organisation and is not influenced by the hospital I work with. Thereby The Talking Doctor Ltd is not responsible for any breach in governance or misconduct that might affect me.
*I understand that The Talking Doctor Ltd does not have any connection with the disciplinary bodies, nor will give any evidence should I require any legal support arising from my professional misconduct.
*I understand that The Talking Doctor Ltd does not have any responsibility towards providing me with any employment, financial reimbursement or any legal support during or after the membership period.
*I understand that I shall maintain confidentiality of any discussion and study material I receive from The Talking Doctor Ltd and will not supply or sell those to any third party.
*I understand that should I breach any of the above clauses, I shall be liable to appropriate legal action as decided by The Talking Doctor Ltd. and my membership may be terminated with immediate effect without any refund or compensation.
*I understand The Talking Doctor Ltd will maintain confidentiality of my mentoring sessions and all confidential information about myself. However, should I be involved in any serious breach of conduct (personal or professional), they might be legally bound to provide evidence if requested by appropriate authorities. I confirm that I shall bear any legal fees, should they be required by The Talking Doctor Ltd, arising due to my actions.
