Please use this form to complete a registration for your club/organisation to be part of the TAKEPART Festival 2024

Registration forms must be submitted by Friday 31st May 2024

This form will take around 10-15mins to complete.  If you need to gather further information before submitting your form, you can save your form by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page, and return to it later.

What information do we ask for in this form?
To complete this registration form you will need to let us know the following;

  • How you would like to be involved in the festival this year
  • Your contact details to help us communicate with you about the festival
  • Information you would like us to use to promote your organisation to the public
  • If you wish to be part of the Launch Event, we will ask you more information about your needs at this event to help with our event management plans.
  • If you would like to apply for a TAKEPART Grant

We will also ask you to upload a copy of:

  • A copy of your public liability insurance certificate
  • A copy of your Organisation’s Safeguarding policy.

Please note: If you are planning to run community Try-it sessions or your own event within the festival, we will ask for further details on these after you have successfully registered your organisation.
