CPSL Mind's South Lincolnshire adult mental health survey

About this survey

This survey is being run on behalf of Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire (CPSL) Mind by Taproot Ltd. It can be completed anonymously.

CPSL Mind was formed in 2017 following the merger of Mind in Cambridgeshire with Peterborough & Fenland Mind. For the past three years CPSL Mind has needed to maintain its strategic focus on county-wide provision across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. However, it is now in a position to consider how it might work with others to support and/or complement the emerging mental health and wellbeing provision across South Lincolnshire.

The aim of this survey is to gather a wide range of views from people living and working in South Lincolnshire around the current services and projects for adults of working age who are seeking help with their mental health.

CPSL Mind has commissioned this work because they want to understand local needs, services and any gaps, so that they can develop a response based on a good understanding of the local picture.

CPSL Mind is a highly collaborative organisation and any decisions made as a result of this survey will be with a view to supporting and, potentially,  collaborating with any existing local providers.

Taproot Ltd is an independent consultancy specialising in strategic decision-making that is based on the opinions and needs of communities.
At the end of this survey there is an option to leave contact details for a mailing list. There are meetings in September to discuss findings and you can express an interest in these meetings on this page. However, you can answer anonymously.

This survey will close on Sunday 27th August.
