Thank you for taking part in our workplace wellbeing survey.
We are researching the need for creative wellbeing workshops to improve the mental health of teams and individuals. Artlift is a nationally recognised charity in the Arts and Health sector, developing innovative services in close collaboration with NHS colleagues.
Our courses are delivered by specially trained, experienced creative practitioners who use a range of art forms, including creative writing, graffiti art, rap, photography, crafts, drawing, painting, and printmaking.
Artlift’s interactive, engaging, and hands-on workplace wellbeing packages are a great way of combining staff wellbeing, entertainment, and corporate social responsibility. They will inspire your employees to manage their wellbeing and maintain a positive workplace culture. Your staff will love sharing what they’ve created with clients, friends and family and your comms team will be able to share some great feel-good stories.
Our wellbeing data, collected over 12 years and analysed by the University of Gloucestershire, demonstrates that our health sector and community-based services transform lives, boosting motivation, confidence, creative thinking and relationships.
In the workplace, this will have the dual benefit of creating a more productive work environment, and helping us as a charity to become more sustainable, benefitting more and more people struggling with their mental and physical health.
‘From the first session I felt an instant lift in my inspiration. The course had a massive impact on my wellbeing and has kept me positive the whole way through’.
100% of participants said they will continue practising creatively to sustain wellbeing.
