Leicester Smoking Cessation Survey

Thank you for your interest in this survey. 
 
This is your opportunity to make your voice heard, to tell us about your experiences with smoking and quitting, what support works for you, and how local services and campaigns could be improved to help more people stop smoking. There are no right or wrong answers, and your views will help shape future campaigns and services across Leicester.  
 
This survey will take around 20 minutes to complete and is being conducted by Social Change, and independent social research and marketing agency, on behalf of Leicester City Council. 
 
At the end of the survey, you will have an option to opt-in to take part in further research, such as interviews or focus groups.  
 
Your answers will be stored securely and kept confidential. This means we will not identify you at any point during the storing, processing or reporting of the data. Your responses will only be used for the purposes of this research project.  
 
The timeframe to keep your personal data for this work is one year after the completion of this research, estimated to be March 2028. After this date, the personal data you have given to Social Change will be deleted and destroyed unless you consent to be included in the research panel mentioned below.
