We are Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW), we check that people in Wales are receiving good care.
We are checking that wellbeing and mental health services are providing timely and accessible services for young people like you who are aged 11-16.
By answering the questions below, you will be helping us to understand what is being done well and what could be done better.
We would like to learn more about your experiences and, if you have used CAMHS, the support that was made available to you.
Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) (or SCAMHS) is the name for the NHS services that assess and treat young people with mental health difficulties. CAMHS teams are made up of therapists, child and adolescent psychiatrists (medical doctors specialising in mental health), nurses and social workers as well as other professionals.
