Healthwatch Newcastle are here to help make local health and care services better for you. We do this by finding out how you are experiencing these services and ultimately feeding this back to the people delivering and commissioning the services, to influence positive change based on what we have been told.
Healthwatch have a legal power to visit health and social care services and to see them in action. This power to Enter and View services offers a way to allow us to identify what works well and where things can be improved. Please note that Enter and View is not an inspection. Healthwatch Newcastle will use your feedback to generate a report based on your views on how you assess the effectiveness of the current service provision at Walker Medical Group.
