0%

Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnerships (MNVPs) represent the voices of women, birthing people and their families in the development of maternity and neonatal services in Preston, Chorley and South Ribble.

Preston, Chorley and South Ribble Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership is an independent NHS forum made up of volunteers, parents, midwives, health care providers and representatives from local charities and community groups, all working together to improve maternity and neonatal care.

Together we work collaboratively with Lancashire Teaching Hospitals Trust (LTHTR), to ensure the voice of local families is always at the heart of maternity and neonatal services.

Share your feedback

We want to know what was good about your care, what was not so good, and what you feel could be improved. Sharing your experience helps us to improve maternity and neonatal services in the future. Your story matters!

The survey asks respondents to provide their full postcode and demographic profiling data (age, gender, ethnicity etc.). This information is used to check if the responses are representative of the demographics of the whole local population.

The postcode is used to profile by UK Index of Multiple Deprivation (IMD) and the NHS index postcode directory which classifies postcodes by local authority, ward and health service commissioning area. All of the data will be available to LTHTR, and Lancashire & South Cumbria ICB will receive some of the responses. You do not have to provide this information to take part in the survey.

Any reports published using what we have learned from the questionnaire will not contain any personal identifiable information and only show feedback in anonymous format. These anonymised results may be shared publicly, for example on NHS public-facing websites or printed and distributed.

Your involvement is voluntary. You are free to stop completing the questionnaire at any time which if you are completing this online you can do by closing this webpage.
