Too many doors: How people experience access to care in Cornwall
This survey explores how people in Cornwall navigate health and care services, and whether the system feels clear, joined-up and easy to move through. Why are we asking these questions?
Getting the right help often means knowing where to go, who to ask, and what happens next. But for many people, the path through health and care services isn't always obvious or straightforward. You might be passed between different teams, asked to repeat your story, or unsure which door to knock on first.
By asking about your experiences of navigating these services including referrals, waiting times, communication between services, and knowing where to turn, we can understand where the system works well and where it creates unnecessary confusion or delay.
