West Berkshire Men's Health Kickstart - Power Up Your Health

1. Introduction

Healthwatch West Berkshire is running this survey to better understand the health, wellbeing and support needs of men in our local community.

Men are often less likely to seek help, talk about their health, or access services early and this can lead to issues becoming more serious than they need to be. Your views will help us highlight gaps, improve services, and make sure local support is designed in a way that actually works for men.

The survey is completely anonymous. You do not need to give your name, and your answers will be used only to improve local health and wellbeing services.

Your experience matters, and your voice can help make real change!
