Changes to Prescription Ordering in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin

NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin (NHS STW) is phasing out the Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) service – a phone and email system for repeat prescriptions.

This is due to capacity issues, rising costs, and duplication with other services like GP practices and the NHS App. You can read more about the work on our website here.

This survey will help us understand how this change may affect you and how we can support you in managing your repeat prescriptions. It should take no more than 5 minutes to complete and will close on Sunday 9th November.

This survey is anonymous and we should not be able to identify you from your responses. The information you have provided will be used for statistical purposes and to inform decision making. We will only publish anonymised responses, parts of responses, or a summarised version of responses and will ensure individual survey respondents cannot be identified. Your response will be stored and kept in line with NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Retention Schedule.
