Please click below to complete our online registration form for the Trainee Doctors and Dentists Support Service (TDDSS).  Any information you provide will be held in the strictest confidence.  Please be aware that our clinicians and therapists are unable to consult with patients who are abroad.

The Trainee Doctors & Dentist Support Service (TDDSS) is a psychoeducation and support service which aims to offer a range of interventions to support medical and dental trainees on programmes managed by HEE Local offices in London & dental trainees in Kent, Surrey and Sussex. Medical trainees in Kent, Surrey & Sussex should access support via their local Performance Support Unit.

TDDSS is not commissioned to provide care to doctors or dentists who are unwell or suffering from current mental health concerns. If you are unwell then you will need to contact your GP or work place occupational health, or where eligible you may also access the NHS Practitioner Health Service.

We ask you to fill in health screening questionnaires at this end of the form.  They are really important in enabling us to help you quickly.  They take a bit of time but please do complete them.
