SQA is considering reviewing the National Progression Awards (NPAs) in Administration at SCQF level 4 and 5. The purpose of this survey is to enable you to share your views on the qualifications – including the units, assessments, and the qualification framework structure. The qualifications under review are:
NPA Administrative Activities, SCQF level 4
NPA Administration: Information Technology & Audio, SCQF level 5
NPA Administration: Medical (Administrative Secretary), SCQF level 5
NPA Administration: Medical Receptionist, SCQF level 5
NPA Administration: Office Skills and Services, SCQF level 5
We would encourage you to share as much information with us as possible, as this will help us to identify the appropriate changes required to ensure that the revised qualification meets the current needs of the sector.
