This survey is brought to you by Alzheimer's Society

Innovation Team and Policy Team

"We are aiming to challenge current thinking on rural dementia diagnosis, to offer help and hope to people affected by dementia".

This survey will form part of the Alzheimer's Society Annual Conference innovation session and help us understand if innovative thinking can help us challenge current dementia diagnosis practice in rural and deprived areas in England.

The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete; you will read a case study and be asked to identify a problem and suggest a solution for it.

The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Dementia – a group of politicians from all parties with an interest in dementia – is launching a new inquiry on dementia diagnosis in rural and deprived areas in England, supported by Alzheimer’s Society.
As part of this inquiry, the APPG is aiming to develop knowledge on regional variation in dementia diagnosis rates, building understanding both of contributing factors and potential solutions to this variation.

Alzheimer's Society's Innovation Team and Policy Team have teamed up to take an innovative new perspective on the evidence gained so far on regional variation of dementia diagnosis.
