Healthwatch York is the independent champion for people using local health and care services. We listen to people's experiences of local health and care services and share these views with those providing or commissioning the services to help improve them.

As part of this, our fully trained volunteer team is visiting local care and nursing homes to see them in action and speak to residents. As part of this, we also want to hear from staff members to understand what you think and your experience.

We will be visiting Ivy Lodge retirement home on Friday 18 July. You are welcome to talk to our volunteers. However, if you are not working on that day or able to talk to us, we still want to hear from you and have developed this short survey to capture your views.

All your feedback is anonymous and it will be part of a report summarising our visit and comments from family, friends and staff members as well as residents.

By completing this survey you agree to:

  • Your anonymous feedback being used and stored by Healthwatch York.
  • Voluntarily participate

1. What is your role?

2. Do you enjoy working at the home?

3. Is there anything you think the home could put in place to improve the working environment/your experience at work?
