Neutropenic Sepsis Health Inequalities Questionnaire

0%
We are Macmillan Cancer Support and 52 North Health. We are collaborating to understand people affected by cancer’s knowledge and experiences of neutropenic sepsis so we can improve care for people in the future.

If you have experienced chemotherapy or supported someone through chemotherapy, we want to hear about your experiences in this survey. You don’t need to have heard of neutropenic sepsis or know what it is. The survey will take 2-5 minutes to complete, and your responses are completely anonymous.

The objective of the survey is to better understand health inequalities and neutropenic sepsis. Health inequities are systematic differences in the health status or the distribution of health resources between different population groups, for example, between people of different ages or people from different geographies.

The findings from this survey may be used in company and academic publications and events. All data is collected anonymously, and data will only be published in aggregate.

Sharing your understanding and experiences will help us and others better understand these things and improve neutropenic sepsis care for people affected by cancer in the future.
