This is an Easy Read version of some information. It may not include all of the information but it will tell you about the important parts.

This Easy Read survey uses easier words and pictures. Some people may still want help to complete it.

Some words are in bold - this means the writing is thicker and darker. These are important words in the booklet.

Sometimes if a bold word is hard to understand, we will explain what it means.

Blue and underlined words show links to websites and email addresses. You can click on these links on a computer.
About this survey

This survey is from the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Norfolk and Norfolk Constabulary.
A survey is a set of questions for you to answer.

The questions in this survey will ask you what you think we should talk about at the Norfolk Disability Network meetings.

Please read our 'About the Norfolk Disability Network' easy read booklet before answering the questions.
About the questions

Calling 999 in an emergency, such as a crime happening in front of you.

Calling 101 when it is not an emergency, such as when you have information about a crime that has already happened.
