About this survey

A survey is a set of questions for you to answer.

The questions in this survey will ask you what you think we should talk about at the Norfolk Disability Network meetings.

About the questions

Please do not use this survey to report a crime.

If you would like to report a crime, you can do this by either:

Calling 999 in an emergency, such as a crime happening in front of you.

Calling 101 when it is not an emergency, such as when you have information about a crime that has already happened.

The questions in this survey will not ask you for any personal information.

But if you do give us any personal information, we will not share this with anyone else.

We follow the law when collecting and looking after your information.
