1. About Coffee Connect
Since 2018 the Leadership College for Government's Coffee Connect service has been offering leaders working at CEO-level and running large public sector organisations or civil service departments the opportunity to build their network of peers by connecting and comparing experiences with other public sector or civil service leaders outside of their immediate context who face similar challenges and opportunities.
In 2023 we set up a parallel Coffee Connect service for leaders in Deputy-CEO level roles.
To register for either the CEO level or Deputy-CEO level Coffee Connect service please complete all relevant pars of the registration form below.
How the service works:
- Coffee Connect pairings are sent out each month.
-You'll receive an introduction to another leader participating in the service. Matches are randomly selected and only made between leaders at a similar level of seniority. We aim not to repeat a match.
- Each pair of leaders matched makes an arrangement to meet via video call or, occasionally, face-to-face.
- You have an opportunity each month to opt out of an upcoming round when the timing just isn't going to work for you (this is facilitated by a simple email we send out about a week before each monthly pairing round offering you the option to opt out. If you opt out you will not be included in the next round of pairings.)

1. I lead my organisation at CEO-level (the highest level leader of a public sector organisation or SCS3 grade and upwards for Civil Servants) and would like to receive a monthly CEO-level Coffee Connect pairing.
2. I work at a deputy CEO-level (including Executive Management/C-Level roles in the Public Sector,or SCS2 (Director) grade for Civil Servants) and would like to receive a monthly Deputy CEO-level Coffee Connect pairing.
