As Police and Crime Commissioner, I would like to hear your thoughts on my proposal for the policing element of your council tax for the next financial year.
I have included information which provides context and this is followed by just one question about my proposal and some questions about you - which will not identify you but will help us to analyse responses.
We anticipate the survey should take no more than ten minutes to complete.
