NFCC People Culture and Leadership Hub - existing products and future needs

In July 2024 NFCC launched the People Culture and Leadership (PCL) Hub which offers a wide range of PCL products that have been developed over the last few years. The PCL Hub also has responsibility for the delivery of the NFCC Culture Action Plan, which concludes in January 2025.

We are keen to get feedback from members on the following:

  • Your experience of accessing and using existing PCL products
  • Your PCL-related priorities
  • How the PCL Hub can best support you to achieve your ambitions

Please be honest in your reflections – we are keen to understand what has or hasn’t worked for you, and what you need from us in the future. Your feedback will help us to develop phase 2 of the Culture Action Plan and will inform the PCL Hub’s strategic focus over the next few years.

The survey asks questions on the four main categories of PCL products: HR/People; Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and Culture; Health and Wellbeing; Leadership. This is followed by a section which asks about your needs, priorities and circumstances.

Alongside the survey, we are hosting regular focus groups until Christmas to enable richer discussions and feedback than a survey can allow. Click here to view the focus groups and book on. All FRS staff are welcome.
