We’re now halfway through my term as your Police and Crime Commissioner. I wanted to reflect on the work achieved on my Police and Crime Plan and refresh it, so I can make sure your needs are still being met.
My plan will still be split into three pillars which set out the strategic overview of the Constabulary. These pillars are:
- Reducing crime
- Listening to the public
- Modernising the Constabulary
