These are our ideas of how we as a council, can best serve our community against our statutory duty to set improvement objectives and have arrangements in place to ensure they are achieved.

What Objectives and Why?

These Draft Performance Improvement Objectives and Projects for 2024/25 set out what the council will do in the year ahead. It is not intended to describe all day-to-day work that is carried out across the full range of council services. Instead, it focuses on several key improvement areas - the issues that matter to people the most.
