We would like to hear your views on drug and alcohol services in Cheshire West and Chester.  Your feedback will help us understand what is working well and what could be improved.

 

The Council funds local drug and alcohol support services, delivered by the charity Via - New Beginnings (previously known as Westminster Drug Project or WDP). Via offers free, confidential help to adults, young people, and anyone worried about someone affected by drugs or alcohol. Support is available through hubs in Chester, Northwich, and Ellesmere Port. 

 

This survey is for anyone who lives in Cheshire West and Chester or is registered with a GP in the borough.

 

The closing date for responses is Tuesday 25th November 2025.
